Gore Vidal: ‘We’ll have a dictatorship soon in the US’ - Times Online

'America failed to conquer Middle East, and should leave Afghanistan. 'America is rotting away, and Obama will not save it.' 'We’ll have a dictatorship soon in the US’ - Gore Vidal, who's grandfather bought Oklahoma into the USA. He regrets witching support from Hillary Clinton to Obama.. 'Coup'd etat in 2000, when Supreme Court gave election to Republicans. my comment: Is Mr. Vidal aware that 9/11 is a controlled demolition, inside job?

Occupation colonization of Afghanistan doesn't go well. U.S. general calls for more troops in Afghanistan, or `war will likely fail`

US has 62 000 soldiers in Af, Nato allies 35 000.
Pentagon plans to add 6 000 by the end 09, but US Army wants thousands more.

Failure to gain initiative, reverse resistance fighters momentum in next 1 year may mean it may no longer be possible.

Is Iraq, and Afghanistan, another Vietnam?..

In Vietnam War, started with false flag attack operation of Gulf of Tonkin, 66 000 American soldiers died, 600 000 Vietnamese, and 3.5 million altogether, civilians included. Chemical weapons were used, 77 million liters of Agent Orange.

In Iraq occupation, pretexted with 9/11 WTC controlled demolition attacks, so far 4100 US soldiers died, 1-3 mill civilians, country devastated in complete ruins.

Where was America’s air defense during the 41 minutes after it was known that flight 77 was hijacked and before the Pentagon was attacked? NOWHERE.

Stand-down order by Dick Cheney. We need polygraph questioning of all top offcials of the time.

"official theory would have us believe that the world’s only superpower, with the most powerful military that has ever existed, was unable to defend its own headquarters 51 minutes after the north WTC tower had been hit, 34 minutes after the south WTC tower had been hit, and 41 minutes after the FAA knew that there was an emergency aboard flight 77 (the plane that supposedly hit the Pentagon)"

End of US military occupation of Iraq. Vacate 250 military bases, 80 000 soldiers, 55 000 civilian contractors, 100 000 vehicles.

The military is closing the main north-south highway to civilian traffic every night for the next year so that an uninterrupted column of vehicles can move to a logistics base in Kuwait.

A total of 31 million pieces of kit will be transported in this way, including everything from ammunition cases to tables from the mess halls..... The military has budgeted at least $12 billion (£7.5 billion) for repairs. .... The economic impact of the military’s departure on Iraq will be substantial. The US has been spending billions of dollars every year, benefiting everyone from Iraqi construction companies to owners of properties used by the Americans. Military spending has become a mainstay of the Iraqi economy
